|Recommended: YesOverall, fantastic place to live — The location is impeccable, rarely needing to get on the main road, and with a traffic light to the interstate making the heavy traffic nearby usually irrelevant. The apartments are nice, the layouts make sense, and there is plenty of storage and living space. The office and maintenance staff are a delight and make sure anything you need is seen to swiftly which won't be often . My original upstairs neighbors were a nightmare but that isn't the property's fault, as they tried anything they could to mitigate a solution - which was really awesome of them I am unsure if you can actually hear above you more easily than at other places, as my new neighbors just arrived but so far there have been zero problems. The recreation areas are great, the gym is simple but practical with more than you'd need, and the entire property stays clean ready to use. If it is of any consolation, this is the first property I have ever renewed a lease with. I get bored and like change, but this place is honestly more than I could ask for. I will 100 be staying here until I settle down with a partner buy a house

|Recommended: YesNew Resident — I love the location, the property, all the amenities No bugs around front door. Car wash facility the pool area is very nice and updated. The Amazon lockers are a plus. The gate is a plus too. My old apartment the gate was always broken. Lily is very very nice and hospitable and reliable

I am glad I chose Legends
